sound system for 2008 Fatboy
Any recommendations for a sound system for a 2008 Fatboy without a windshield? Looking to get a handlebar mounted system for an Ipod. Any body have one that you can hear without a windshield? thanks for any info.

I am hoping for some info. I don't want to ride with the Ipod with ear plugs, want to be able to also hear what is around me on the road, especially when in city traffic while still hearing some tunes.

I have seen a bunch of threads on this subject, and from what I can tell so far the verdict is that for around town there are a few options but none of them seem to be worth while at highway speeds since the wind noise pretty much kills any speakers you might have.
but I am still looking since I do not like using earplugs, and don't like the look of the windshield on my '02 Fatboy.
I have seen some decent easy detach fairings I am saving up for but that is a long way down the road.
