Sell the truck for a cheaper one, and try and get your payment down to 300 or so a month. Then, keep the bike, get an apartment. You are not to young to buy a house, but you are to young to consider buying a house with a girlfriend. Renting would be the best option, if you are just looking to move out and start a life together.

I think you will hear from most on this forum site that over time you will sell your bike when you need the cash, and buy one when you have the cash again. Then something will come up and you will do it again. It is just part of the thing called life.
