Yeah. Safer than getting in a chase and maybe injuring some innocent bystander.

Abso-F'in-lutely. Of course, there is no way the cops in the States would be allowed to do that. We're too concerned with protecting the criminals rights than bringing things to a well defined end like that.

That's beautiful. Maybe we should take a page from Spain's book on how to deal with terrorists. On second thought, nevermind, the good ol USA handles business when no one else will.

City Bus, full tank of gas.
