Gypsy and Iceman, great information. I have been on most of those sites and I continue to read on them which have lead me to additional information. Thank you both for providing additional sites, I will check it all out.
Iceman, great idea on the stirrup. I think we are going to pursue that idea for sure in preperation of that first ride. Thank you for contacting Kuryakyn and inquiring for their assistance. We look forward to their response.

No, I do not have a paypal account. It was not my intent in the beginning to end up with cash donations so it never occured to me to do so.
I guess having a paypal would be more convienent for any of you that would like to donate, I apologize for that. If you would like to assist with a check donation, you can pm me for information.
Not that you are questioning me or anything, I just want guys to know that just like any part that has been donated, for the few cash donations I have received, I have kept a detailed list for Bill of who donated it, what the amounts were, and what every penny was spent on.
Thank you so much for you interest and joining in.

You're welcome. I lost an arm in a wreck & that site showed me what I'll need for my new ride.
Got some good vibes to share with everyone. In place of his evening walks down the halls and back without his walker, Bill is now, every other day, walking where ever he needs to go, throughout the entire day. My wife seen him today out and about. Bill told her that he is so sore that he cant to it every day right now, but is going to continue this pattern until he is able to do it each and every day.

And to the next order of business, I would like to send a big Thank You out to fellow forum member Mike Kett for sending a generous cash donation.
Mike and the others that have had the ability to send cash, parts, or words of encouragement have graciously enabled us to continue forward on Bill's bike and make it a quality ride that Bill and the entire forum can be proud of. My hat is off to all of you.
