Weather you Skulls or little pink flowers, go for it, after all it is what you like that matters. I think the Skulls have become too common and no longer stand out. I like unique things. Skulls have become a little boring.

Personally I went with the Harley "Skull Collection" stuff on my '05 Springer Classic because I was trying to keep a chrome & black motif going. The black inlayed skull and lettering on the Skull Collection stuff went perfectly on that bike. I like it so much when I bought my '07 Street Glide I just naturally went with the same thinking. That's my personal story on skulls, and I am sticking to it!

If you look at biker history,flames and skulls came back from WW2 with our G.I.'s.They're the ones who really started the biker image,so its tradition and classic.You seldom see skulls on import bikes as a rule.Sonny Barger still say's its cool!
