help!!
i am a iraq war vet, and came home with a case of PTSD, but now my problem.. my battle buddy from iraq lives close to me and said i need to get out more instead of sitting at home all the time..so let me us his bike on a poker run i loved it i felt normal again so i decide to get my own harley but now i applied to get one said i needed better credit.. any idea how i can loan or help plz reply!!

First off, thank you for your service and welcome to the forums. As far as the bike you are looking at, it is worth no more than 10K in my opinion. You can get a much later model Heritage 13K. Take your time and shop around for both your bike and financing.

yeah true, but here in iowa not sure where to go or what to get for my first bike, just know right now i would almost give my right arm lol just want a bike to join a good club get my brotherhood back "sounds wrong i know but its hard to explain" sure some of you guys understand?

I just did a quick ebay search. It appears that for that price you could get a much newer bike.

And don't let the bag-heads tell you a Sporty is a girlie-bike, etc. I've been on HDs for 36 years: Sportsters, Barges, Sloptails. Sporties are fast, fun, and cheap.
