Bike wont start

Ignition on, run switch on, lights on, stereo on, hit the start button and nothing. 2002 Ele glide classic, any suggestions

Does everything else go off when you hit start? If so check your battery cables,not just at the battery but the ground and at the starter.

This is an elimination process. You need to check battery, cables, and connectors. Then you need to check the solenoid. Then there is the starter. There also are fuses and relays in the fuse box. Can you check all of this? Have you checked anything before posting this? I forgot about the run switch position and if you have a alarm that interrupts the starter. Sometimes it is the simple crap and sometimes it is the hard stuff.

You turned the key to the "accessory" position. (OK, probably not what you did, but it's what I did when that happened.)

only the radio shuts off, everything else stays on, worked fine on Sunday.

check the battery in your keyfob (if you have the HD security system)

check for about 12 volts at the solenoid, if good check for voltage at the starter motor when cranking too. On the solenoid thing, one terminal goves you 12 volts from the relay, the other is battery 12 volts, the thing u need to find out is ...is there power from the relay to the solenoid terminal, if so is the power also at the wire to the starter motor while cranking. You can test your starter in neutral, by hooking cables to the starter motor . this stuff is easier to check than I can explain it.
