2005 HD wide glide
i have a 2005 wide glide just purchased 2 days ago. i looked at the oil level on it and it was 1/8 of an inch above the add quart line and the oil was pertty dark so i assume the oil wasnt changed when i bought it. when i saw this i figured it was low. so i took the spark plugs off to check and see if the engine was burning oil. well on one of the plugs it had a little oil in the threads of the spark plug and the other spark plug was clean. does anyone have any idea on what could be the problem and is that oil level normal for that bike?

The oil dipstick on my Softail has the min/max hash marks on it but my owners manual says you can fill the oil tank up to the weld of the filler neck (which will take it considerably above the max level marked on the dipstick). I can only presume that this is the same for Dynas.
