This is good to hear...I hope some justice comes to the victim and family.
I will never forget the lady driver I saw driving on a California freeway..

I also am glad to hear they are doing something about this. They are right, it was not a lapse in judgement, it was being oblivious to anything around her and very reckless. I feel for both families but the outcome of this could go hand in hand with the cases of texting and driving murders/accidents.
