I guess it would have been different if they were 26 church deacons? I see the writer of the article went out of the way to say they were "outlaw bikers". Oh, he just had to throw the word "gang" in there too, makes better reading i suppose. I'm not familiar with that club but the article did not say they were 1%ers, just outlaw bikers. That can cover about anything the writer wants.
you know, 26 bikes down on a major highway and that is all that were hurt? Sounds to me like these guys were actually pretty skilled to avoid more significant injury to more people. Godspeed to those that are recovering.

I gotta think luck had something to do with it.
A long trip in a tight pack is not too safe when you have all your escape points blocked.
Riding bunched up in a pack like that, just what could "skill" do for you when the traffic in front comes to a dead halt.
If they were truly "skilled" riders, they'd have been riding staggered with enough space to react.
Just an opinion, hoping someone learns from it.
