The wife and I are going over to Munich in February. Any members over there that would like to hook up for a beer let me know. We went to Bad Kissingen last Christmas to celebrate our 25th anniversary and had a blast, It sure has changed since I was stationed there. My wife just started riding this year and is into collecting t-shirts from Harley dealerships wherever we go. Does anyone know if there is one in or around Munich?
I hope we can at least find some kind of shop that deals with Harleys. I would like to find something euro to bring back that make it unique for here. Does anyone know how hard it is to get parts through customs if I find something for the bike?
AFAIK, what they sell over there is the same stuff that you get here. ***** G. crap and live to ride BS. Usually, they try to keep their harleys as american as it gets. There are dealerships all over the place in Munich. It's a city as big as Milwaukee, kinda. http://www.toytowngermany.com/lofi/i...hp/t55699.html
A former TV star with a dealership. You may find some non-MOCO stuff there.
A couple years ago I was working in Rome for the summer. I found the Harley dealer (by the Ferrari and Lambo dealers near the Villa Borghese) and t-shirts were €55!!!!!
che prezzo ridiculo!
(and Germany is usually a little more expensive than Italy, in my experience anyway)

I was hoping I might find a member over there that might like to do a t-shirt swap. I'd bring a couple new ones from over here in trade for a couple from over there, otherwise I would just buy a couple. Don't want to cut into the beer money too much though so I'll have to see how much they are.

Here are a couple in the area. Don't know if the addresses are still good, but were last July. Sometimes you have to use the "Munchen" spelling to find an address, depends on the mapping program.

Ever been to the Hofbrauhaus in Munich? Got to go.
Hofbrauhaus is on the list for sure as well as any other Biergarten I can find. Different one each night. Want to go to the Dachau concentration camp as well. Always wanted to go when I was stationed over there but never did. Will probably go to a few museums and hit up a castle too, any other suggestions? We will only be there for a week as we both work in school systems so don't want to have to travel too far.
