Another stupid cager move!

OK, this is the first time I've seen this stupidity. Riding last night, I see a minivan slightly ahead of me and moving somewhat erratic. I move over to left lane to pass and see a woman driving while eating with a fork out of a "to go" box! You know, the styrofoam square ones. She has the box cradled in her left arm by the window, and eating with a fork in her right hand. I "assume" her left hand is on the steering wheel but couldn't tell; I didn't hang around there too long. She was looking down at the food like she was trying to get just the right piece of meat to stuff in her face so I took off to get away from her.

Couldn't believe it!

Good move to not stick around. I passed a teenage girls a few months back who was holding a burger in one hand, a cell phone in the other, and steering with her knee...

I'm telling ya they are being bred at some central place and then being let loose on us. I saw girl this a.m., cell phone in left hand to her ear, applying lipstick with right hand while looking in mirror, all this at approx 50 mph.

While some states don't want to persue this as unsafe driving practices, other states treat this as a secondary offense, if a stoppable violation occurs then they can be stopped. This is just so wrong.
