Cancel your order and tell them why. That is the only way to get a response from the bastards. If you paid in full already and they refuse a refund for goods not delivered, well that is what the BBB is for. File a complaint with them, businesses don't like hearing from them.

You have to take action with loser companies. A whole lot of talk will get you a whole lot of nothing or more of the same. Make their working lives a living hell for a while, it's not like your at a restaurant and they can spit in your food or anything. You know all of those times in your life where you look back at a situation or confrontation and think to yourself "I should have totally said this or that", well you have some time to think of "this or that" now and can be fully armed and ready for the big dance over the phone. It's really fun, you either get results or your money back... it's a win-win.

With all due respect,I don't know both sides of the situation,But I have to wonder about your attitude. Sometimes if someone has to send something out to another place to get the job done such as powder coating,He is at the mercy of the people doing the coating. So now he is stuck between you and the people doing the coating. When he promised you the job would be done in X amount of time I am sure he didn't realize there would be delays. I hope it all works out for you. Just Chill It isn't the end of the world. You probably have more to be grateful for than to be pi$$ed about in life anyway.

Although I fully understand the feeling, I won't waste time telling how well a 'one man boycott' works. It should be obvious that it only becomes more difficult finding people who want to deal with you... Don't ask how I know this, but I DO KNOW THIS first hand. Finesse is key in situations such as this, and the less you are able to control your emotions, the less effort people exhibit trying to remedy the problem.

I learned 50 yrs ago that I don't like to do business with mail order company's.
I have and do but its very seldom.
I know U can save money but I like to see the part in my hand and then walk up and pay for it.
The first couple times I ever ordered stuff, It ended up taking along time to get, and I never forgot.

I think when U added the PC and made it a special order thats when things went south. If it was in stock the order probably would have went soother.

I think most people in a situation like this would be more content if a business would just keep a good line of communication with them.

only thing now left to do is to work thought it with them or demand Ur money back.

It is really aggravating when people don't follow through on their part of the bargain and then don't even keep you up to speed on why its taken longer than expected. It's amazing how some places don't realize the amount of customer satisfaction they have just by delivering when they say. To give even a little more makes the biggest difference. In business there is almost nothing more powerful than word of mouth.

You can always trying demanding a refund.
Good luck and welcome to the forum

Wow, well not knowing both sides I will have to say if you're not happy cancel your order and look elsewhere,, we have some great vendors right here at HDF that might have what you're looking for. Seems like you posted about some other company and a problem a while back if I remember correctly.

Sometimes things do happen beyond a vendors control,,, I purchased a long radius bender back in the summer,, talked to the guy on the phone made the deal and he was waiting on one outsourced part and it should be ready to send in a week,, long story two weeks went by I called was supposed to ship out the next day the parts came in that day,,,, wait on UPS everyday,, no bender,, three weeks by no bender,, couldn't reach him by phone,, panic sets in,,, he's got my money, I have no bender about $1200.00 I'm seeing gone here,,,, I talk to my banker and she told me if I hadn't got it in 30 days we would file to get my funds,,, in the mean time the guy finally calls me, says his wife had been sick and in the hospital,,, to make it right for me and the guy volunteered this, he gave/sent me the other optional set of dies that would have cost me about $350.00 and I would have needed them at some point,,, so with patience and anger management so to speak ( I never once went off on him) I made money without ever using the machine.

Good luck with it.

I feel your pain honestly, no one like's to be told something and then no one follow through on it. However, I hope that was a singular rant and you're not as stressed now. Not good for your health. Otherwise, might I recommend you switch to decaf?

Can I bitch too?

Why the eff' to people sell stuff on E-bay when they don't have it on hand? I bought a pillion seat using the buy-it-now feature, paid for it right away, only to find out they don't have it in stock and Mustang is on a 2 week backorder. Then why did you list it???
