You know I get so sick of hearing these bull crap excuses from people that you do business with.. Example ONE!!! I ordered a 139 decible air horn and I called the company to ask if I could get it powder coated he said yes and there would be no extra charge. GREAT I SAY.. He sais, "I'll send it out on Monday" GREAT I SAY!!
Well it's been a friggin month. I called last week to say what the hell and the SON mentions his father took care of it and has been very busy and SORRY EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER>> HE said he would call the powder coaters and find out what the delay is!! okay, a damn week later and the BAST TARD hasn't called me back!!
Thennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn, I have this guy, I won't mention his name YET, he's on the HD forums and he states excuses after excuses on why I don't have my replacement parts that he SAID HE WOULD GET OUT TO ME IN A WEEK!! It's been 3 friggin weeks now.....
Why the hell don't you self ritious a**'s get your head out of your butt and if your going to do business. SAY WHAT YOU MEAN and MEAN WHAT YOU SAY!! I am LIVID!!!
What the hell is with professional business people.. CUSTOMER SERVICE> Does anyone like to hear excuses. NO I HIGHLY DOUBT IT!! What's the deal PEOPLE!! GET A GRIP ALREADY!!
OKAY, I"M DONE BITCHING!! Sorry and thanks for reading!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah.. that kind of **** can be annoying, but, still... chill out a bit. Very few things in life are worth getting any amount of upset over.
I know what you mean, but it can really be just aggravating that no one takes pride in customer service anymore! You would think in this economy that no business would want negative feedback........might have an effect on future business.
If I remember right customer service was outlawed the same year common sense was. It seems noone knows how to just tell the truth and fess up anymore. They just move on to the next customer. But thats just another reason to go for a ride and unwind.
I'm a bit miffed at customer service myself. Sent question via email to Beltronics support regards my expensive GX65 radar detector - no reply. Sent question via email to my ISP support re email spam. - no reply. Sent question via email to a Samsung service repair facility re my 46" LCD television - no reply. These were simple questions that clicking the reply to button, typing a response and clicking send would have only taken a minute or so. Customer service needs to be renamed to something like "Customer Service? Maybe".
Damnnnn girl! I have been in similar situations, the world is changing but just sure as **** ou will meet someone that treats you like a valued customer...
That was one great bitch, lady
I'm proud of you! What is the co.
name? We fellow bikers might like
to not do buisness with them eather.
The next time you talk to them tell
them you want resultes not a bunch
of dadgumed excuses

lighten up. im still praying for my ape's after almost a month of waiting. sometimes anticipation is better than the reward. try and think about it like when you were 16, in the back of your parents car. man i miss the good 'ol days.
I understand your anger. I get totally disgusted with anyone that tells me a time of delivery and then starts making excuses. It shows unprofessionalism and disrespect. Don't say it if you don't mean it and don't make promises you can't keep.
