Default Great Customer Service

Last February, I purchased a RideMaxx fuel manegement system from AMFD (American Micro-Fuel Device) out of Washington State.

I have had a problem getting the adjutments just right for the wifes Softail Deluxe, so I sent a e-mail to thier tech support asking for assistance.

Joe, responded today and gave me a couple possible solutions that I could try, in order to fix the problem. Turns out that I have the regular RideMaxx, and he was trying to have me make adjustments that only the Plus version can make. When I let him know the error I recieved when trying, he promptly asked me to send it back and he would upgrade it at no cost to me.

Friends, That is Customer service as it should be.

Please take a look at thier product, its inovative, and easy to work with. Installs in about 10 minutes with no wireing to perform, and allows you to adjust the maps as you desire, without the use of a Dynometer.

note: I have NO affiliation with this company whatsoever. I am simply one very satisfied consumer.

maybe they should be doing training courses at the the HD dealership here in Everett. I just went in there this afternoon and those guys genuinely don't want to sell motorcycles.

glad to hear that there are businesses that still actually have good business practices.
