Why does every chaps thread have to turn into a gay discussion?

I'll make it simple for everybody. If you think they look gay, either don't wear them, or go see a head doctor to figure out what is wrong with your own sexuality.

If you like them, wear them.

Who gives a rat's *** what anybody thinks about you based off of what you wear. Tell them to get a life if they make a comment. Better yet, tell them to give you a couple grand, and you'll buy some new clothes to please them.

I've always wondered how an inanimate object could be referred to as 'being gay'... That phrase is becoming more popular every day. Does it take some form of expertise to know when something is gay? If something isn't gay, no one ever refers to it as being 'straight', or heterosexual. "Those chaps are totally HETEROSEXUAL DUDE!" <----- Now, THAT sounds GAY! LMAO!!!

I would imagine it does. I've been told it takes one to know one

Actually, Canada is really nice! And the girls there are awesome... And really friendly... And they seem to love Americans... (especially latino Americans).

Chaps are less expensive and easier to put on than overpants.

I dont understand the logic some of you guys have. So because women can wear them and it looks good on them, you can wear it too? Women look good in thigh high stockings and short skirts, you guys going to wear those too?

Wear whatever you want. Personally, i think chaps are the single most ugly, gay (yes, gay), looking thing a person could wear. Like someone else mentioned, if i want to ride in the cold i have a set of overpants. Riders on sport tourers would probably wear them more than harley riders, but theyre considerably less gay than ***-less chaps (in my opinion).

My opinion. If yours is different, great! Mine shouldnt matter, since it's you who'll be wearing it.

I missed the Dickies post earlier. Maybe start a new thread about men wearing Dickies. I think it sounds a lot more gay then men wearing ***-less chaps.

Keep it going cause this is funny ****!

I wear chaps when it's cold and they do a pretty good job keepin me warm.
Not gay and really don't give a rats *** if someone has a problem with what I wear.
If anything, being all picky about what you and what anybody else is wearing
seems a bit gay to me.
If it's cold out and I'm ridin...i will opt for function over fashion every time.
