If I have a trip tha's more than 50 miles, I take my truck.
I'm not one of these guys who feels they need to ride, ride, ride. I like my A/C and my windshield wipers.
I use my bike for relaxation, not transportation.
I'm just the opposite. I don't think I have ever ridden my bike LESS than 50 miles.
It will pass, just enjoy something else for awhile and keep her parked snugly in the garage til you get the urge to ride again. Interests sometimes fade for awhile, but it will come back I'd wager.
I have been riding for approx. 10 years now. I bought a new S.G. last fall & I could not wait for the riding season to get here this year. I even rode to Sturgis and back (3900 mi. in 9 days). I got back from that trip and have ridin once since (work and back). I don't understand why but my desire to ride has vanished. Has anybody else had this happen? Did it pass?
How do you "loosen" interest, anyway?
And how interested could you have been in the first place, when you don't even know what your bike is called? There is no FLSG or FXSG or FLHSG, or anything else that ends in SG.
As to what happened, you probably got too old. Everyone I know except me did, too.
For some the Novilty(spl)wears off,Ive been ridin HD's since late 78 and its no big deal if I ride or not now....Like some here mine are payed for so I dont feel the need to ride them as much either,if ya know what I mean.....

Are you some sort of retard? He likely means Street Glide (S.G.).
