Default Having too much fun

Finished my 25000 mile service and horn and coil relocation yesterday. The service manual says that a road test has to be carried out as part of the service, so never being one to miss the important things I took it for a road test.

Now is this evidence of a thorough road test or was I just having too much fun?

Pulled up a little too close to the curb, eh? What's fun about that?

No curb involved, just a good helping of lean around a roundabout.

I tend to think of them as "chrome donations" and like to leave them as a way to say "thanks" for a good ride.

I call shenanigans......from that angle, your pegs would have fared worse than pipes mounted that high, and it looks doubtful that you would have been on any part of the tire if it was leaned over that far.
Sorry, damage claim has been refused. Thank you for your business.
Sincerely,
Your Insurance Claims Adjuster

The pipes are not mounted high that is just a low camera angle. They are V&H staggered short shots. With the bike upright and the suspension unloaded the pipes are only about 5 1/2 inches off the ground. I have the rear end lowered about 1 1/2 inches.

They were re-located to the side of the road after he hit the curb.
