nice bike. I'd be compelled to do the gasket myself. as said not a big issue. The 5k once over is a good idea if it is your first bike. I would be inclined to tell the dealer where you bought it that he oughta make good for the leak seeing as he probably tlod ya he went over the bike before he put it on the floor.

those are an easy fix. get the gaskets and a manual, and spend some time bonding with yer new scoot
