Ultra doesn't run hot enough-----

I just got back from a breakfast ride. I had the vents closed on the the lowers. I didn't feel any heat.
It was 31 degrees and I will still cold!

Any suggestion?

Turn on the heater ****!! Get a military poncho, tie it to various point around the engine and poke your head through the provided space. As the heat rises into the poncho...walla...instant heat. problem is I dont think you are able to go more than 5 MPH using this method. Works with triox as long as you dont inhale.

I agree---if I kept riding south it's sure to get better. Not sure I'd get back in time for supper though.
