Default Bike salvage yards in DFW area?

anyone know of any? Im building a bike and trying to find things on the cheap. if anyone can tell where one is within a couple hundred miles of DFW, id be really grateful. ive googled this and get nothing current or relevant.

There is one in Lubbock on 98th ST. I have driven by it, but I have never stopped in.

Do a Motorcycle salvage search on google a lot of parts and most do internet orders.

There is a guy that advertises on craigs that is like a salvage yard. He is selling off all the old take off parts that he has been collecting for years from his shop. Decent prices. He is just west of FT Worth.

yah i would suggest looking up craigslist, DFW, Waco, Tyler, etc. i have seen quite a few ads of people parting out their bikes.

he has got a huge warehouse with bikes accumalated over 30 to 40 years,very reasonable priced too.There has been several times we needed parts for 1970 honda,or 1970's Suzuki,my brother even got parts for a 1942 Harley.

Don't know if they're still open but try a search for Bates in Garland. Last time I went over there was about 12 yrs ago. It think they listed it as Bates Discount Cycle Parts or something like that.
