PAUD, your right there is normally at least one guy that give a salty reply but in this case JW1200 has a valid point! For Christ sake if you can not open your owners manual and read or hell have the common sense to know how to check oil in any motorized vehicle or tool you should not be operating it!
Do yourself a favor and set down and read your owners manual before your kill yourself or your bike. I am sure you spent some coin on it so at least take the time to learn how to take care of it or keep forking out the cash and take it back to the dealer for every little f'in thing.

Bubbles??? These new bikes make everything so complicated. I use the Shovelhead method:
1) Park bike.
2) If no spots appear underneath it, tank is empty.
