Well...tossed around the options presented here. Thanks for all the help. Langitz and Vanson were out of my league. Called Fox Creek and voiced my concerns. They couldn't promise me the sleeves would be long enough with the apes. Also with my shoulder width I would have to buy a larger chest size and then of course the waist gets bigger. They did howver say they could cutomize. I went to the dealer and bought an HD reflective skull leather today. Couldn't fit any better if it was custom. Nice tight cuffs, long in the sleeves even reaching for the apes. Hugs my waist and doesn't just hang there. Followed some advice here and sat on a bike to check function. No bunching at the bottom and it has a two way zippper so you can unzip from the bottom to open it a bit if it did. Nice vents and zip out liner.
Dealer had 15% off. Combined with the bonus bucks I have earned it ended up $327 out the door. Also got the classic cycles wall plaque for spending over $75. All in all not a bad day at the dealer.
Since the wallet was open I picked up a new pair of Magnum boots as well. Guess the family will be getting cards for Christmas this year.
Good choice especially if it fits. Nothing like trying on. As time goes on and your jacket breaks in where your arm bends it will just get better.
Being retired now.... money is thinner..
got mine at at the spring sale of last yrs styles... 80% off on HD brand... hard to beat a new $300 Harley coat for $60...
Ok I can't decide between the FoxCreek Women's classic Motrcycle jacket I or II
Belt or no belt? Decisions decisions......
No belt. That way if you ride with the jacket open you won't have a buckle flopping around in the wind possibly damaging paint and stuff. It also looks less masculine. A lot of the women riders who take the advanced course from me wear those accessory belts with some kind of purse holster thing hanging off the side. All those belts would make everything look like too much buckle going on.
