I read the other thread and now have to ask...
Why did she buy the other bike for cash and not work the sportster trade in figure into the deal? Did the salesman say she would get a check for the sportster when she came in to get the new bike? I wouldn't have bought anything if they weren't gonna accept the trade. I'm confused.
There are only 2 threads started by me, and I won't be starting anymore!
My whole idea was to maybe get someone at AMC to read one of these and see what this is getting them. I know they don't care, and I know that after she picks up her new windshield and warranty card we will never go back.
My bad!!! YES only 2 different threads with different info. but same subject. Sorry !
It's all mainly the same, the second one is my spouting after talking to Harley. There is really no reason to call Harley with a problem, they have no power to do anything. Their words not mine.
Did she know about the trade program before this transaction?
If she did why would she go through with the deal?
If not and questioned the dealer afterwards, there really isn't anything the dealer could have done once the transaction was complete.
There is 3 or 4 threads started with ALL the info by Tinsmith
You have to read this one then go to another thread , then go to another one and then remember what was on the ones you just read to figure out what was posted here!!!!!! Nothing against ya there Tin and I wish you all the luck- but - just wish you would keep ONE thread going with ALL the info that we on the forum might be able to help a bro out!!!! JMO!!!
One thread per pissed off customer please.
By the way, I'm pretty sure you're driving a Silverado....I could be wrong though.
