Thanks for the help but the thread was not about the junk on my exhaust.
I was directing it towards just wanting to HEAR the bike run and the weather being too nasty to ride.
WOULD IT HELP IF MY CAPS LOCK GOT STUCK LIKE THIS?

I burn my HD rain suit on my pipes once. My Bother bought some Blue Job cleaner. It really worked great. I high recommend it. I used a green scratch pad on another spot and lightly scratched it. This stuff works without the scratching. http://www.blue-job.com/ Good luck cleaning it up.

Have to admit we've started our bikes up in the garage a few times just to hear them rumble. We also enjoy the smell of the exhaust which lingers in the garage for days.
Wonder if there could be market for a Harley mood CD like one of those nature sound cds. And maybe some Harley exhaust incense to lift the spirits.
