Any hardcore riders in West Virginia?
Trying to form a small group of guys who like to ride and camp. I live in Hurricane, WV right between Huntington and Charleston, WV. The bike rally thing has just gottne old for me. It doesn't seem like they are what they once were. Soup and myself are trying to get some guys together who like to strap their tent to the bike,and just go. Even for a weekend .If any of you are interested ,PM me. I have a Face book page set up for making plans for future trips.

I live in Baltimore, but I'm from Morgantown originally and love making it back to WV when possible.
I've got some family near New River Gorge as well.

We have some guys in PA who will be coming, and it should be a fun group to ride with. Anyone interested just go to that page and make yourself welcome. We are a low budget, camping, cook our own meals kind of group. Should be fun.

If you plan a weekend camp ride sometime I could be interested. It's something I do with fellow BMW riders but I've not had the opportunity, or contacts, to ride with other Harley riders. I have enjoyed staying in motorcycle only campgrounds. Never been on/to facebook yet.

Sounds like a good time, especially if ya'll add some trout fishing to the equation. I was born and raised in Morgantown and spent many weekends camping and fishing throughout West By God Virginia. I probably could get a few riders from the Atlanta area to come along.

Ok, you must be a young'n How I know this? I have been wearing my chaps to protect my legs for alomst 30 years now, when it's very cold out. I just started seeing them refered to as assless. Their just chaps to me, and I wear them if I need to.And , so do my riding buds. I guess we're old and we like to be comfortable in freezing weather. If that offends you, then you might want to find some really hardcore guys who ride in shorts ,flip flops, and wife beaters.

That or maybe some duds just like the idea of saying assless chaps to other duds....maybe a hidden message there that my old *** is not picking up on... They call it don't ask don't tell in my line of work!
