+1: I don't need ice nor snow to ride my Harley - just sunshine and warmth. But anything below 35 is too cold for me - unless it's a really short ride.

For enjoyment, around 50*f. For transportation, around 30*f. Sure I could ride in colder to prove how tough I am, but I'm not out there to impress anyone. I have no fairing or windshield, which makes a huge difference.

If it's too cold for the bike to start..it's too cold to ride it. Other then that, I'll ride unless I need my truck..or it's raining..or there's ice..or..

I have had some good rides when the temp has been around 30. Just bundle up and enjoy the "breeze". I put the bike up when the ice and the salt trucks start to show up. It also coincides with more wildlife in the road. In the Spring, I usually wait for most of the salt to be gone, then I will go out once its around 35 or so. I have found that 40 is a comfortable number. Then again, dress for the occasion. If you stop to drink coffee, then memorize all the trees and bushes along the way.

Below 32 and I don't like it. Last year i was heavier and could take the cold better but now that I dropped some of that insulation it seems to affect me more.

I put the road glide in it's winter storage 1st week of November, won't see it again until
1st week of April. With the cold comes snow and salt for the ice, none of which I plan to ride on!

Could not help it. I went out today, here in Spokane it was 30 degrees. However when I got a couple miles from my house I found slight amounts of snow on the ground, but not really on the roads. Cold wasnt that bad, but I think I would be better off in a full face helmet or something to cover my face

Did an overnighter this past weekend, about 2 hours each way. Temps were in the mid-teens. Started snowing on the way back and within 20 minutes there was 1/2 inch of snow on the ground. That's not so good. I need to be more careful about checking the weather, but as long as the roads are clear and reasonably dry, I'll do short rides if nothing else. If it's above freezing I'll go out all day. Sometimes have to avoid the mountains becuase the temps drop quick as you go up in elevation.
