HD Radios
It may have been mentioned already, but an HD tech told me today that the HD radios are now being supplied by the Chrysler Corporation, not Radio Sound. They are having quite a few failures with the newer radios, possibly from the vibration. He also showed me the box the replacement radio came in, and it did have Chrysler on the box, however they are shipped to the dealer through a separate vendor.

I think the tech was screwing with you. He probably told his buddies your story that night over a couple beers and had a good laugh. RadioSound no longer supplies the radios. That is true. Beginning with '06 Harmon Kardon has been supplying the radios which is currently found on the new '07's. There have been several glitches with the new units, but downloads are available to correct the issues. Some of the members here have had there HK radios replaced more than twice. At this point though, it seems like most of those issues have been resolved. Chrysler supplied radios....that's funny!
