Hello to all, Been reading your forum for some time now and gained quit abit of knowledge. Being Stationed overseas where only sportsters are available until (overseas sales) announced they had a special limited quantity shipment of big boys being delivered a few weeks ago. Looking for over 2 years I finally landed a lava red sunglo FATBOY FLSTF. I was jazzed. It will be delivered August.
Thanks for the welcome Tripper and Springer. Currently in Japan near Mount Fuji. Yes, I do have a sense of energy and zeal. Can't wait to start riding. The time can't pass fast enough. Friends here have mostly Sportsters but some do have Road kings and Heritages. I think my problem here will be finding a dealership that covers warrenty. But we'll cross that when the bridge comes. Thanks again for the tips you all provide at this site. It's on my Favorites list.

Army at Zama?
All my buds at Yokota got their bikes worked on on Rt 16 just south of the base. HD dealer and MX IIRC.
Do they have a Harley dealer close to you. I don't have a T shirt from Japan. Would be more than willing to send you a kite with some cash for an Xtra Large Harley Shirt from a Japanese dealer.
Thanks for the info Helotaxi, Navy in Atsugi. I look into it. Terry, I'll inquire about this HD dealer in Yakota. It's about 2 hr drive even though 30 miles away. I'll check with the salesperson who sold me my bike about a Shirt for you. He rides one and never dawned on me to ask about an official HD dealership.
