As a Harley rider, it was your job to educate her. I agree that you missed an opportunity by getting mad and walking away, but you will probably get another shot if you play her right. Her job is to aggravate you, your job is to ignore it and turn it around on her.

You got defensive. Always looks bad. Ask her to go for a ride. If you care. If you don't, what's the point of worrying about it? FWIW, the average age of Harley riders IS getting up there. LOL

Dude you are in there....she was just making conversation. Many women have said bad things to me but I can't recall any one of them downgrading my Harley. Make sure you take plenty of pic's.
