rider to passenger intercom that doesn't require helmets
and don't answer shouting works, because my wife hates it when I shout back at her.
Does anyone make anything that doesn't need helmets?

yeh, was just looking thru ebay and saw those. found a couple of other pair that look dorkier than those........
These would be kinda cool, and would be fairly easy to make an ear adapter for:

I use the ICM Moto all the time without a helmet. I have an Ultra and use the VOX. If the pipes get to loud or to much wind just adjust the VOX sensitivity. Usually hit the VOX - one bump and that takes care of it. They work great w/o a helmet. Havn't used my HD headsets on my 3/4 helmets in over 3 years.
