Way too many dirt cheap metrics in the <500cc market. Why build another "me too" bike. Besides the way the metrics lose value you can buy a new learner a 2 year old one for $2-3,000 and then drop it 116 times and sell it for $2-3,000 a year later.
Its a johnny pag raptor I bought cheap and modified. www.johnnypag.com can buy on ebay for $2000 when they come along....yes its a custom narrowed FLH front fender, wixom fiberglass fairing from 67. It is load of fun for zipping around town or 55 mph, sucks on the interstate, will go 70+ but at like 10,000 rpm. I dont want a piston in the nads.
So you put smaller jugs on a sporty, and sell it with some kind of low priced upgrade built in. Could easily retune the FI. Make Plastic tanks for trainers, couple gallons would be plenty, swap them for tins for the retail sales.

Did you do the work? It is just a nice clean job, doesn't look pieced together, very nice.
Just curious because I have been there myself. What was more fun? Building something completely unique, or riding it. How many times have you thought about selling it, getting something else, and doing something completely different?
Build a light sturdy bike designed for road or trail use. Straight up seating position. Make it kind of plain. Make it so it can be dropped without causing much damage.
Offer upgrades to add more power.
In addition to the typical accessories have a line of accessories like taller suspension, fenders, pegs etc for trail riding or motocross. Look at what people were riding off-road in the 60s and earlier.
In addition to new riders, that is where the market for bikes under 500ccs is.
