Haul Bikes DO NOT USE

Don't use their service. Banged up my bike. And now they are playing the finger pointing game. Refused to take care of the damage.

Did you see the damage check in sheet they did when it was picked up ?
Did you make note of the damage when you recieved the bike ..like write it on the paperwork they and you got ?

The first driver noted the damage. But marked the damage in a different location than it actually was. Which makes me think he wrote it up after the fact. Second set, which delivered, filled out paperwork properly. Then after talking to the driver, he told me that the company makes the drivers pay for any damage. Which again makes me suspicious about the wrong paperwork. And then when I called about it, the guy cops an attitude and refuses to help. Worst customer sservice I have seen yet.
