Has anyone use the VA lemon Law on Harley? I'm in the process and my Attorney tells me he is real sure they will have to take back the bike. I will know in 30 days or so.
We are kinda lucky there is a lemon law that applies to motorcycles in VA. I have never used it, but imagine it would have to be pretty bad situation to do so. So what's the deal with your bike? I can understand not giving out to much info if you are pending litigation.
