I have never heard of a state Lemon Law including motorcycles. You guys sure it does? A loose right grip could be big trouble. I think I should ride the bike for a few months to make sure he has a good claim.

It is because the bike is black and collects to much dust.

Sorry for the late reply. My problem is with starting. I have had two clutches, two clutch bearings and one starter. The problem still is there. the bike has 27,000 miles and it's a 2009 CVO SEUC.

It grinds and kicks back. This happens about once every 6 or 7 times. Sounds like the motor is falling apart. Once it starts it runs great. The dealer is going to put in the 2011 parts and see if this helps.

If Ur dealer is working with U and willing to put in new 2011 parts I might wait see if there better..
Have U been stranded, that would pi$$ me off more than anything...

better get the extended warranty or maybe something in writing from dealer saying they will take care of problem for (x) amount of time... on their dime.

I almost wore out a clutch on the Studebaker I learned to drive in. Is that almost the same? What makes me wonder is that the dealer is working with, has been working with you, and you have an attorney?
