So I ordered a set of 16 inch apes and cables from these guys on mar.13th and its now the 21st. and the website says they still havent shipped yet! I've called every day this week at least 5 times a day and no-one answers the phone or returns my calls. They have already taken the money from my account so WHAT THE F*&%??!!! Anyone else dealing with this stuff or am I all alone? Hill country custom take our sweet *** time cycles!!
Almost every post I've read about them has been very positive. Have you tried email instead of the phone? Maybe they misplaced the order or thought it was already sent? What have you done besides the phone?
And for your info double posting is not cared for on HDF. This is your first and second post and you're only bashing? Have you done a search to see what others experiences have been from Hill Country.

Hey, Other sheep! I didn't know I double posted. I thought my first one was lost. Having a bit of a time learning to navigate this darn thing being computer dumb and all !! Thanks for the tip on e-mailing them though, I'll give it a try.
They appear to be a middle man for other companies, i,e., Burly, Cycle Smith, Chubby, RSD, etc. This might answer part of the question, as I do not think they (HCC) would stock everything locally in a warehouse.
Also Thunder in the Hill Country is starting on the 26th through the 29th. This might answer the other part as why they are not answering the phone. I recommend you email them to but a date and time stamp to go with that internet order. Just for future notes if it does get heated about what everyone says. Good luck, keep us posted.
Thank's for the info Dutch. I usually order everything from J&P and get my goods 4 days later. Of course they probably have most items on hand. We're coming up on a new week though so we'll see what happens....
Welcome to the forum. Sorry about the misunderstanding. Hill Country normally ships parts immediately if not sooner so your problem is unusual. My son got his stuff three days after he ordered. I believe they have a large store that stocks most of what is advertised. Keep us informed of what happens so we know. Thanks.
