Default Python Exhaust... Opinions?

I'm looking to upgrade my scoots exhaust system and I was thinking of going with the Python Venom radius pipes, Power commander and Roland sands breather. I was hoping to see if anyone else out there was running or ran python pipes and what they thought of them. Not much literature out there on them so I thought I'd turn to the experts (you guys).

This is what I just posted about them on another thread:

I have Python staggers on my 2005 FXDC. My experience has been that they are a top quality product.

Mine have been on since the bike was practically new (about 5 years). No issues at all. I love the sound and get a ton of compliments.

I've never had a reason to call the factory so no comment on the telephone service.

I've scraped the bottoms on twisties alot and still no rust, although I put a coat of wax on the shields each time the bike is detailed. The sheilds don't get hot enough to burn the wax off.

The downside, if you condsider it a downside, is they are loud on the highway. I typically wear ear plugs on long interstate runs. I was stopped once by a riding buddy who told we had to change places becasue he was riding just behind and right of me and said he couldn't take it any longer.

I have Python staggered duals on my Deuce. They have remained in good condition with no rust. They are loud, however.

If I'm not mistaken, Python is owned by Vance & Hines and the pipes are made by V&H. In my opinion, V&H makes some of the best pipes out there, so you can't go wrong if you want the Pythons.

correct python is a vance and hines product but it is only available through Drag Specialties. My python is very good. The only problem I had is with the baffle screws. The weld holding the nut in the baffle broke, causing the baffle to rattle. Two tack welds, some grinding, and about 5,000 miles later, I haven't had any issues.

Awesome guys, thanks. I don't mind that they'll be loud. It'll actually be a welcome change from the sewing machine volume sound I have now. LOL. I'll make sure to come back and post some pics as soon as I get the job done. Can't wait. I'm sure she'll be a whole new beast!
