At least it's in your garage. If it were mine, in four hours it would be doing that in a motel parking lot two states away.

Why didn't you just use the kick start? Probably just stale air in the rear tire. All seriousness aside tho, congrats on the new bike.

Purchase a Battery Tender. You will prolong the battery life as well as keep it charged and ready to roll. AutoZone has an off-brand for around $17 or you can shop the Internet for a Deltran Battery Tender Jr for around $30.....or you can buy the same thing at HD with a HD label for around $60 (LOL!)

Harley check list! When I bought my Fatboy new in Austin got home and they hadn't even programmed the fob. My bike would crank with the fob in my dresser drawer in my room 40' away . Did that open some eyes when I called them.

Oh man, I should check that. My fob is attached to the key ring, never occurred to me. Good tip! Thanks.

New bikes ait around alot and the battery can go dead and the shop might have charged it up, but who knows for how long? Cheack the cables and charge the battery.

As everyone else, dead battery do to loose battery cable. Don't ask me how how I know, but could you have left the ACC switch on?
