Default alignment / uneven wear

Last summer my bike got hit parked at a storage unit by a girl learning to drive a dirt bike. The full speed hit bent the front brake rotor and fender and twisted the bars around to the right denting the tank. Got a good settlement and replaced broken parts, but the steering always felt a little off.

The problem is that when the bike is balanced and going straight, the handlebars are turned slightly to the right. Its really slight and kind of hard to notice, but then the other day I noticed the tires are wearing more on the right.

Got it level and measured and the handlebars are bent a little but don't show any cracking or obvious damage. The right one is a half inch lower.

I'll replace the handlbars next winter, and probably the tires soon, but wonder how to check to make sure nothing else is bent. The lower fork mount looks out of balance. Should I re-mount the forks?
