(OLD THREAD) What offer does your local dealer have on 06's? Post em all!!
Thought this might be a good way to see what different dealers are doing in different parts of the country on their remaining 06's in inventory. It may really help someone, like me, who is on the fence on buying a new 07 or a new 06 for several thousand less. I would guess the northern part of the country may be a little more aggressive on getting rid of their 06's, but hey, ya never know. Try to post the name of the dealership so anyone interested can google them to see exactly what they may have left.
I'll start.
American Eagle and North Texas Harley Davidson (DFW area dealers -same ownership group)
$1,000 off any 06 big twin and 20% off parts and accessories and labor (BTW, they started at $750 and bumped it to $1,000 in about a week or so)
$2,000 off any Screaming Eagle
Man, I almost hooked on an 06 Ultra, but just couldnt do it.

I was one that was way too hooked on a Vivid Black 06 Ultra Classic. Mine was sitting on the back row near the parts and stairs area. I bought mine when it was $ 750.00 off MSRP and 20% off everything added to my bike. I went to look at the 2007 and possibly even order a 2007 Firefighter Ultra which they actually had in stock.

I think the Allen/Garland dealers have a 'deal', but most likely MSRP. They had $2000 of their Buells, but still don't want to mark their HDs 'down'.

Employee pricing at Orlando Harley, whatever that means. I'm more interested in the `07 Pewter Denim Street Glide so I didn't get any particulars on the `06's promotions.
