I personally have caught a field lark to the shin and a dove to the head. The dove is the reason that I now wear a helmet even though i dont have to. I am just glad it was not flying head on at me. I also caught a yellow jacket to the throat that went down my shirt and proceded to sting me repeatedly in the gut.

A fully inflated car tire came bouncing across the highway at me once. Hit it with an old
International 30ft. flatbed. Shoved the hood up into the windshield then bounced back across
4 lanes, (5 counting mine), of heavy traffic hitting no other cars.
Bumble Bee (insect, not the Transformer) bounced up into my FF helmet, stung my lip & flew around my face a bit before I could get stopped & take helmet off. I kinda had "Angeline Jole" lips for a few days, but thankfully Brad Pitt wasn't around to try & make out w/me - even though I was stationed in CA at the time...
