I just got my mini apes the other day. So I got up real early this morning to install them. Got all done except for the clutch cable. I started the bike real quick with the old clutch cable in to make sure my wiring, throttle cables and my carb installed right. All was good. I went to change the clutch cable and the threaded end where is screws into the primary case is snap off. I called all around town to find a new cable and nobody has one. At least they look good.
You needed to change the clutch cable for mini apes? I have 10 inch striaght risers and used all the original parts? can you possibly use the the stock clutch cable ?

The old one is to short. I tried a Harley one that is longer then stock and it was to short. It would work as long as I didnt try to make a right turn.

You should have bought two just in case. What were you thinking?
Mine came in a kit with everything I needed. Did not know what length to get.

I looked at those places. For a 05 they only go to 59". I need one that is 68". I found one at J&P for a 2010 1200N that is 69". Im going to get that one and pray it works.
