Order the tool kit from the dealer that is included with the Ultra Classic. Or trade in on a Ultra.

Forget the dealer tools and go with the best- Craftsman. If a tool breaks they replace it for free with the unconditional lifetime warranty. Will the dealer do that for you? Nope.

I really like that HD included the tool kit with my '09 FLHX. I have used it a handful of times while on the road, the OP just wants to know what is included. I find it very convenient and worthwhile, no need to give him a hard time.

I have a Cruz tools roll I got off of eBay...they put most of what you need for a big twin HD right there. Ready to rock.

I too carry a cruz kit, look em up online, or go to J&P or dennis Kirk who both carry em.
Also you can get a slime kit and it also comes with a mini compressor at wal mart around 20 bucks...its a LIFESAVER!!
Good luck!

Like posted above if you are looking for a pre-made kit for the road. I would add zip ties and duct tape with those kits. I would also pack an additional Helm joint as well. They are known to fail at the least appropriate times. I also carry my suspension pump on trips as well.

instead of relying on a 'one size fits all' kit, what i do is everytime i do something on the bike, i ask myself, 'self, is this something that i would do on the road?' if the answer is 'yes', then i stick the required tools into the tool bag.

then as you build up a nice toolkit, everytime you do something on the bike, use your bike kit. if you don't have the tool you need, add it. pretty soon, you'll have a tool kit than can handle most of your needs, and it doesn't take up much room either.

definitely make sure you have a good led flashlight, zip ties, a little electrical wire, a little bailing wire, and some duct tape. i also carry anti seize, loctite, spare bulbs, and spare fuses. some would say its excessive, but how much room does that really take up, and i would hate to need it and not have it.
