Default Tool Kit

The new RoadKing dosen't come with a tool kit and I would like to make one up since I can't buy one. What type of tools do I need to make one up or does someone have one for sale?

If you don't know, maybe you shouldn't be messing with tools.

I'm really not trying to be a smarta$$ here-it would seem to me that a new RK would be the equivalent of a new car. If something does go wrong on the road there wouldn't be much you could do to fix it there. You would need the scanners and so forth to run the diagnostics before you could begin to figure it out. So beside the appropriate screw or torx drivers for the odd clsmp or two that might loosen up (unlikely I think) I would think the best thing to have would be a cell phone and AAA. Seriously.

I would bet the stealer has tool kits. You don't need much...flashlight, 1ea phillips and flat screwdrivers, cresent wrench, plyers ,a few torqs and allens, maybe a few open end/box end wrenchs Your only gona be tighening stuff up out on the road that comes loose, not fixing any major stuff

Bring Vice grips, crescent, screwdrivers, tie wraps, pliers, a few allens and a knife. If you are gung-ho bag up a ratchet with a few torx heads and sockets.

I loan my tools to others on the road way more than I need them. Cool to help people out that need a simple fix. I made a guy's day with a tie wrap when his kickstand threw the spring.

As you do your own service on the bike, 1,000 mile, 5,000 etc. just take the tools you use and put them in your saddlebag.

You can't buy one, but you want to know if someone has one for sale? That's confusing.

Anyway, tool kits aren't expensive, just buy one.

WD-40, Vise grips and duct tape.... any man worth his weight can fix 90% of all things broken with those 3 things.....

BTW, I don't carry any tools in my bike....
