Default Iso Grips Help

I just had a set of Kuryakyn Iso Grips installed on my bike. The clutch side grip spins just like the throttle - is this normal?

I had a dealer tell me that they used to glue them tight but had a hard time getting them off so they leave them looser (not sure how). Not sure if that was a load of crap or not, probably, but mine did that until my new bars and it is tight now.

My friend just put on a set of Kury ISO flame grips & they had the HD lip that secures into the switch housing on the clutch side. Must be new from Kury. Otherwise they glue on.

I just roll some electrical tape over the bar end, then twist the grip on. Keeps them just as tight. I haven't had a pair fall off yet. Then if you decide to swap them, just twist off and save the grip.

3 M spray adhesive. Buy a can. Spray the handlebar, might have to do it twice, but it will stick...

I had the same problem. I used golf club handle tape and hairspray to activate the tape.

I used duct tape (sticky side to the bar). When you slide the grip on the bar, the tape somewhat reverses and makes a nice tight fit.
