1. know your bike
2. wear attire that works and is comfortable to you. dont be a DIVA!
3. carry the proper tools, includeing, zip ties, electricle tape, spare bulbs.

Here's my 3 to make sure you enjoy your new Harley

1 - Do make whatever adjustments or mods you need to make the bike comfortable and fit you as far as all controls , peddles , levers etc .

2 - As someone else pointed out , ride within you skill level . Don't ride beyond it just to keep up . You'll get there when you get there .

3 - Get to know your bike and keep it well maintained .

1.) Don't ride up like a bat out of hell on another group of riders just to see their colors
2.) Do be very cautious when when women hit on you or flirt with you in a biker bar. Could be some 1%ers Ol lady testing you, or just wants to see an *** kicking.
3.) Do show respect for all riders.
