Are there any states that have emission testing every year? If so how do bikes with aftermarket work pass? It seemes just putting stock pipes on with cams, head work, and fuel tuners would not pass. I heard but don't know it to be true that California is going to crack down. I don't see how states can single out motorcycles, and if they did cars and trucks also it seems like a impossible task.
Here in Arizona its every other year to get tested . With a new bike it takes 5 years before you have to be tested. I was tested last year for the 1st time on my 2000.
