Mine's not numbered but it is different. It's from the Grind series. I've seen one similar on here, but haven't seen another one around here or on any of my rides. Best part is, I didn't pay full price for it. They were trying to get it off the floor to make room for the '10 models and only wanted about 10% of what they would have charged when the bike first hit the floor.
My Ultra has painted set # 3,202 of 2,000,000 made
My 2003 VROD, in addition to the original tins, which is what I sport on it 95% of the time, also has #81 of 200 called Barbed Wire, I think the guy said. I've seen 2 other bikes with it, both on the internet, never in person. I bought this set just to resale, needless to say, I stole it.
I may end up keeping it. I can take off the windshield, the hard leather bags, install the Radical paint, and it's like having a completely different bike/look. Takes about an hour.
If anyones interested, I'd take $10K for everything.
Resurrecting and old post. I have a similar paint scheme on my new-to-me 2004 Softail. It is number 27 of 150. I am always looking for a reason to show off my scooter.

10k for the Ultra and the V-Rod and the Barbed Wire paint set sounds like an ok price, a little high but ok.
Odds are there are at least 4 and maybe more bikes in your state with that custom set ...and you were at a location that attracts bikers in an area frequented by riders with an interest in military history - fairly common denominators as opposed to stopping at a Shell station in Scranton, PA and seeing the same...please tell me you bought a lotto ticket that day!
