Odds are there are at least 4 and maybe more bikes in your state with that custom set ...and you were at a location that attracts bikers in an area frequented by riders with an interest in military history - fairly common denominators as opposed to stopping at a Shell station in Scranton, PA and seeing the same...please tell me you bought a lotto ticket that day!

The reason I am asking is because about 3 or 4 weeks ago I went out for an all day ride with some buddies. It was the first time really getting out and riding my bike since I swapped the tins over to one of those special military edition Fatboy paint sets from 2005. I was so excited about it because I felt that I would be totally unique and never see another bike like mine since they only made 200.....WRONG!!!! During our ride, we stopped at Battlefield HD in Gettysburg PA and I went to park and look to my right and 2 spaces over is a softail (and not an original Fatboy, so it had the silver motor like mine) with the exact same paint set as I got. What are the chances?

Just wanted to know how many people out there have actually seen another bike with the same paint set.
I have a 2004 Fatboy Devil Tail Flames (107 / 200) for 7 years and never saw one like yet but a friend of mine said he saw one like mine once.

We can go look at all the currently available limited available HD factory paint jobs in their catalog for new bikes (and order them).
See: http://www.harley-davidson.com/brows...bmLocale=en_US

But I wish there was a webpage where I can go and see what each limited paint jobs HD offered over the last X number of years. I think it would be cool if there was such a resource existed. If anyone can get me the data, I would even volunteer to do that work myself.

As for my bike, I spent some time googling around for others from the same year with my custom paint, and found only one that was sold in Texas on a similar Deuce.

Well, its not a numbered paint set but I have one of only 600 Arresting Red 1999 FXR2. The FXR2 was the first CVO bike made by the MoCo. They made 900 total FXR2's with 600 in the Red and 300 in the bright blue. I have only seen 3 like mine (red) in all the years I have owned it. I have NEVER seen one of the blues but someone told me all the blues were exported. They also made the FXR3 in 1999 in a green flame and a blue flame. If you have a blue FXR2 I would sure like to see a photo of it.

Interesting thread, I'm wondering when I'll see another one like mine. Mine is Radical Paint Set # 11 of 15. Axle Black w/ Orange Flames.
