I have a fitted cap and ride with the bill forward on my Ultra and it stays pretty well. Have to adjust once in a while but nothing major and has never blown off.

A Dewalt power-hammer will put your hat on permanently.You just need someone else to help you out a little.

A local seasoned citizen rides a Harley with a side car and usually has a western style hat on. I've asked him how he manages to keep in on his head and his reply. . ."vacuum".

Use Bobby-Pins to anchor the hat to your eyebrows.

Sticking your head in ice water until it's numb and then staple the hat to your head, it won't blow off that way and will look cool!
